What ArborHub does
Texas homeowners come to myarborhub.com to price tree work before they call anyone. They upload a photo of the tree. The estimator marks each tree in the photo and returns a price range for removal, trimming, stump grinding or emergency work. Then the homeowner asks for real quotes.
That request comes to me. I send it to one company that covers the homeowner's ZIP code and takes jobs that size. You call the homeowner, look at the tree, and quote your own price.
What you get with every request
- The homeowner's name, phone number and email
- ZIP code and the job type: removal, trimming, stump grinding or emergency storm work
- The tree photo the homeowner uploaded
- The price range the homeowner already saw, and how soon they want the work done
The price range comes from a photo. It is not a quote, and the homeowner is told that. It means they have seen a realistic number before asking you to come out. You still look at the tree and set your own price.

One request goes to one company. You are not racing four other crews to the phone. If you pass on a job, I offer it to the next company, never to several at once.
Pay on close, not on contact
$50 when the homeowner accepts your quote. If they hire someone else or go quiet, you owe nothing. The first job you close is free.

Tell me your service area and your minimum job. A $150 stump job does not go to a crew with a $700 minimum.

Homeowners find ArborHub through its Texas tree cost guides: tree removal cost, tree trimming cost, stump grinding cost, emergency tree service cost, and price pages for 30 Texas cities such as San Antonio, Lubbock, Amarillo and Tyler. Requests come from anywhere in Texas, not one metro.

Questions tree companies ask
How much do ArborHub tree service leads cost?
The first job you close is free. After that it is $50 per job you close, charged only when the homeowner accepts your written quote. There is no charge for requests that do not turn into work, no subscription and no sign-up fee.
Is the lead shared with other tree companies?
No. Each homeowner request goes to one company. If you pass on it or cannot reach the homeowner, I offer it to one other company, never to several at the same time.
What counts as a closed job?
The homeowner accepts your written quote or books the work with you. You tell me when that happens and I send one invoice for $50. If the homeowner goes with someone else, changes their mind or never answers, you owe nothing.
What information comes with each request?
The homeowner's name, phone number, email and ZIP code; the job type (tree removal, trimming, stump grinding or emergency storm work); the tree photo they uploaded; the price range the estimator showed them; and how soon they want the work done.
How many leads will I get?
Right now a handful of requests a month across Texas, and I will not promise more. That is why the first job is free and there is no subscription: you only pay when a request turns into paid work.
Which areas of Texas do you cover?
All of Texas. Recent requests came from Lubbock, Amarillo, San Antonio, Hallsville and Ponder. You tell me your service area by city, ZIP code or miles from your yard, and I only send requests inside it.
Can I set a minimum job size?
Yes. Put your minimum on the form. A request whose price range sits below your minimum goes to a company that takes smaller jobs.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There is no contract and no minimum term. Reply "stop" to any email and I stop sending you requests.
How is this different from Angi, HomeAdvisor or Thumbtack?
